Mara is a five-year-old working-line German Shepherd imported from the Czech Republic, bred from a powerful combination of Hessi and Hades. Hessi descends from the renowned Oryx Akmar lines, bringing together exceptional working genetics and proven bloodlines.
Mara is a very high-drive female with outstanding working ability. She has superb grips, tremendous food drive, a strong presence in protection, and excellent drive and enthusiasm for obedience. She is the type of female that is always ready to work and gives everything she has when she is on the field.
Despite her intensity and power in work, Mara has an excellent off-switch. Away from training, she is an exceptionally stable and balanced family dog — calm in the home, confident in different environments and the type of German Shepherd you can take anywhere.
Mara holds an IGP3 title and has proven herself not only through her working ability but also through her stability, nerve and versatility. She represents exactly what we value in our breeding programme: a dog with the drive and power to excel in demanding work, combined with the stability and temperament required to live successfully as part of the family.
Mara is a truly special female and an important part of the Azurahaus Working German Shepherd programme.

Ronda is an IGP1 titled working-line German Shepherd with an exceptional temperament and an outstanding attitude towards work. She is bred from a powerful combination of Buck vom Hundepit and Dior vom Korinthiakos, with Dior being a daughter of the famous Vucan von Peroh.
Ronda is an incredibly fun and enthusiastic dog to work. She absolutely lives for obedience and has a fantastic willingness to engage with her handler. She possesses super food drive, excellent trainability and great tracking ability, making her an extremely enjoyable and versatile working partner.
In protection, Ronda has plenty of spice and intensity. She channels her natural defence extremely well, showing the confidence and presence expected of a serious working German Shepherd while remaining clear-headed and controllable.
What makes Ronda particularly special, however, is the contrast between her working ability and her temperament outside of work. At home she is extremely stable, calm and easy-going — quite simply, she is like owning a Labrador. She is happy to relax with the family, settle in the home and go about everyday life without constantly needing stimulation.
This combination of high working enthusiasm, excellent food drive, strong tracking ability, well-channelled defence and an exceptionally stable off-switch is exactly what we look for in our breeding females.
Ronda is a fantastic example of a German Shepherd who can switch effortlessly between serious working ability on the field and a calm, reliable family companion at home.

Freyja is a very large, deep-pigmented working-line German Shepherd and one of the most powerful protection dogs within our programme. She is our personal protection dog — the dog we would choose to have with us when serious protection is required.
Her pedigree contains strong working genetics, with Kody vom Wolfsfriede and Knox vom Tollhaus being two of the notable dogs closely represented within her bloodlines. These lines bring a tremendous amount of power and working ability, which is very evident in Freyja herself.
In protection, Freyja is an extremely serious dog. She is powerful, committed and naturally defensive, with the confidence and intensity required of a genuine personal protection dog. She is not a dog for the inexperienced and is certainly not a typical easy-going family German Shepherd. Freyja is an intense, high-powered female with very little off-switch when she is out and about, and she requires an experienced handler who understands how to manage and channel her correctly.
What makes Freyja particularly valuable to our breeding programme, however, is what she consistently produces.
Her offspring have excelled massively within the UK PSA scene, with her progeny achieving titles up to PSA2, alongside numerous other working and sport titles. Her ability to produce dogs capable of competing and succeeding at a high level demonstrates the quality of the working genetics she passes on.
Despite Freyja herself being an exceptionally intense and demanding dog, her offspring have repeatedly demonstrated much more balance and clarity of mind. She has consistently produced clear-headed, all-round dogs capable of excelling in sport while retaining the stability and temperament required for everyday life. Some of her offspring have also been suitable for knowledgeable, active pet homes.
Freyja is a great example of why we look beyond the individual dog when assessing breeding potential. She brings power, natural protection, strong working genetics and serious intensity, while repeatedly producing offspring with the clarity, versatility and stability that we value in the next generation.
She is a formidable female — and an extremely important part of our breeding programme.

Yssa del Lupo Nero is a large black working-line German Shepherd and one of the most naturally stable females to have been part of our programme.
Yssa is stable as a table — an exceptionally clear-headed, confident and bomb-proof dog with truly outstanding nerve. She is the type of dog that can take an enormous amount of environmental and physical pressure without becoming unsettled. In protection, she demonstrates unmatched nerve, composure and resilience, remaining clear-headed even when placed under significant pressure.
Yssa is an IPO1 titled female and comes from the renowned del Lupo Nero kennel, a name well respected within working German Shepherd circles.
What makes Yssa particularly special to us is that her stability isn’t simply something she possesses herself — she has consistently passed those qualities on to her offspring. Her puppies have gone on to do extremely well in sport and protection across the world, demonstrating the versatility, nerve and working ability that we value so highly.
Yssa has now retired from our breeding programme, having made a significant contribution to the next generation. She leaves behind a legacy of offspring that continue to prove themselves in demanding working disciplines around the world.
For us, Yssa represents one of the most important qualities in a working German Shepherd: the ability to remain completely clear-headed and functional when the pressure is on. Combined with her working ability, exceptional nerve and proven production record, she has been an invaluable female within our breeding programme.
